My 2nd visit to the clinic, and to consult Dr Melvin. The staff there are warm and welcoming. Dr Melvin is a patient-centric doctor. He is detailed, and recommends treatments that I need rather than what I think I need. More importantly, he has an aesthetic eye which is why I flew from Sg to KL to consult him. I’ve been here for over 10 times for birthmark removal laser. Recently I’ve visited davinci clinic, Dr Cindy was very attentive and professional during the treatment while the staffs there are very friendly too. They do also explain the aftercare procedures and gave me a cream for aftercare. Would definitely recommend this clinic to others.
I have done 3 procedures at Da Vinci over last few years and I'm very happy with the results. The doctors, Dr Tan and Dr Cindy are very professional, highly skilled, caring and very people-oriented. The consultants, nurses and staff are helpful and friendly and made me feel at ease. I had bad allergy for my first procedure, unfortunately, due to my body reaction but my problem was promptly attended to by Dr Tan and the staff and I'm most grateful to them for their professionalism.
