My 2nd visit to the clinic, and to consult Dr Melvin. The staff there are warm and welcoming. Dr Melvin is a patient-centric doctor. He is detailed, and recommends treatments that I need rather than what I think I need. More importantly, he has an aesthetic eye which is why I flew from Sg to KL to consult him. Very happy with the results for my visit in Oct 2023, and also my recent visit in June 2024. He's now go to when I need to look good.

I recently visited Da Vinci Clinic in Midvalley KL, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, even though I was incredibly scared and anxious about my procedure. Their professionalism and empathy were evident in every interaction, and they took the time to answer all my questions, which really helped put my mind at ease.

The clinic itself is immaculate and well-equipped, creating an environment that feels both welcoming and reassuring. Despite my initial fears, the staff’s caring demeanor and the doctor’s thorough explanations made me feel that I was in safe hands. It’s clear that patient comfort and care are their top priorities.

I’m still awaiting the outcomes of my treatment, but I wanted to share my positive experience so far. Da Vinci Clinic has managed to turn what could have been a very stressful situation into one where I felt supported and cared for. I’ve been here for over 10 times for birthmark removal laser. Recently I’ve visited davinci clinic, Dr Cindy was very attentive and professional during the treatment while the staffs there are very friendly too. They do also explain the aftercare procedures and gave me a cream for aftercare. Would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

I have done 3 procedures at Da Vinci over last few years and I'm very happy with the results. The doctors, Dr Tan and Dr Cindy are very professional, highly skilled, caring and very people-oriented. The consultants, nurses and staff are helpful and friendly and made me feel at ease. I had bad allergy for my first procedure, unfortunately, due to my body reaction but my problem was promptly attended to by Dr Tan and the staff and I'm most grateful to them for their professionalism.
